MEANING – An official who examines books, films, news, etc.

• Sarkari censors ne website se Nobel puruskaar ki report ko block kar diya.
• सरकारी सेंसर ने वेबसाइट से नोबेल पुरस्कार की रिपोर्ट को ब्लॉक कर दिया।

 

• Two scenes were cut from the movie by the censor.
• Censor dwara film mein se doo scenes ko kaat diya gaya.
• सेंसर द्वारा फिल्म में से दो दृश्यो  को काट दिया गया|

 

• The Censor hasn’t approved the film yet.
• Censor ne abhi tak film ko approve nahi kiya hai
• सेंसर ने अभी तक फिल्म को मंजूरी नहीं दी है।

 

• The British censor found this film so provocative that he banned it.

CENSURE

(Noun or Verb)

MEANING – Strong criticism or disapproval, (blame to show)

Ninda (निंदा) Ninda karna

EXAMPLES:- 

• The opposition passed a vote of censure on the government.
• Vipaksh ne sarkar ke fainsle ki ninda ki.
• विपक्ष ने सरकार की  निंदा किया।

• Uska beta ninda se bach nahi sakta.
