Present Perfect Continuous Tense: अनिश्चित पूर्ण अपूर्ण काल
It is also known as the Present Perfect Progressive Tense and shows that an action or an event began in the past and is continuing.
इसे प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट प्रोग्रेसिव टेंस के रूप में भी जाना जाता है और यह दर्शाता है कि कोई क्रिया या घटना अतीत में शुरू हुई थी और अभी भी जारी है।
Formula: Subject+has/have+been+V1+ing+Object
फॉर्मूला: सब्जेक्ट+ है/हैं+ बिन+ क्रिया (V1) + (आईएनजी) + ऑब्जेक्ट

- To talk about how long an action started in the past has been.
अतीत में किसी कार्य, को शुरू हुए कितने समय हो गए हैं, इस बारे में बात करना ।
He has been staying here for three years.
वह यहां तीन साल से रह रहा है।
I have been working for the last eight hours.
मैं पिछले आठ घंटे से काम कर रहा हूं।
We have been talking over the phone for half an hour now.
हम आधे घंटे से फोन पर बात कर रहे हैं।
- To describe habits and situations that are temporary.
उन आदतों और स्थितियों का वर्णन करना जो अस्थायी हैं।
I have been going to the park a lot nowadays.
मैं आजकल पार्क में बहुत जाता रहा हूँ।
They have been coming to our house frequently.
वे हमारे घर बार-बार आते रहे हैं।
She has been living here until she finds a house.

- To express that has been recently finished and has consequences:

When not to use the Present Perfect Continuous Tense:
अनिश्चित पूर्ण अपूर्ण काल का इस्तेमाल कब नहीं करना चाहिए:
We cannot use the Present Perfect Continuous Tense with stative verbs. It can be used only with action verbs.
हम का अनिश्चित पूर्ण अपूर्ण काल उपयोग मूल क्रियाओं के साथ नहीं कर सकते हैं। इसका उपयोग केवल क्रिया क्रियाओं के साथ किया जा सकता है।
I have been knowing for three years now. (Wrong usage)
मैं उसे अब तीन साल से जान रहा हूं। (गलत उपयोग)
I have known him for three years now. (Right usage)
मैं उसे अब तीन साल से जानता हूं। (सही उपयोग)
She has been liking this song for quite some time. (wrong usage)
वह काफी समय से इस गाने को पसंद कर रही हैं। (गलत प्रयोग)
She has liked this song for quite some time. (Right usage)
उसे यह गाना काफी समय से पसंद है। (सही उपयोग)
He has not been understanding my words. (wrong usage)
वह मेरी शब्दों को नहीं समझ रहा है। (गलत प्रयोग)

How to use short answers with Present Perfect Continuous Tense:

इतने समय से आप कहाँ ठहरे हुए हैं?
- I have been staying in Mumbai all this while.
मैं इतने समय से मुंबई में रह रहा हूं।
- Why has the doorbell been ringing for a long time?
लंबे समय से दरवाजे की घंटी क्यों बज रही है?

- घर पर कोई नहीं होने के कारण बहुत दिनों से दरवाजे की घंटी बज रही है।
