Use Neha’s (or Ravi and Neha’s) to show possession.
Friendship’s is incorrect because friendship itself does not possess anything.

Don’t misunderstand us; we are just platonic friends.
Explanation:
Think wrong is not a natural expression in English.
Use get the wrong idea or misunderstand instead.
A semicolon (;) or a period should separate the two independent clauses.

My school friend Raj and I share a platonic relationship.
Explanation:
I is used as the subject of the sentence, not me.
In formal English, it is more polite to mention the other person first (Raj and I).

My sister’s friend and I are just platonic friends. (if this is the intended meaning)
Explanation:
Sister’s is possessive, meaning “the friend of my sister.”
Are requires a plural subject (my sister’s friend and I).
Platonic is an adjective, so it should describe friends or relationship, not people by itself.

The relationship between a mother and her sons is platonic.
Explanation:
Use relationship rather than relations in this context.
Mother and her sons is clearer and more natural.
The singular noun relationship takes the singular verb is.
