Bcc- Blind carbon copy
Jaise ek email maine Ramesh ko bheji uss email par maine suresh ko BCC Kiya hai to Ramesh ko nahi pata chalega ke Suresh ko wo email gayi hai haan par Suresh ko pata chalega ke Ramesh ko email chali gayi.

Examples:-

• Mai wo email aapko BCC kar dunga.
• I will BCC you on that email.
• मैं आपको ईमेल करता बीसीसी कर दूंगा।
• Ramesh ko ek email karo aur uske manager ko BCC kar dena.
• Sent an email to Ramesh and BCC his manager.
• रमेश को एक ईमेल करो और उसके मैनेजर को बीसीसी कर देना।
• Kya mai iss email pe kisi ko BCC bhi Karu?
• Should I also BCC someone on this email?
• क्या मैं इस ईमेल पे किसी को बीसीसी भी करू?

Foward – Jab hum kisi ko email kar chuke ho ya Hume koi mil chuki ho aur uss email ko aage kisi ko bhejna ho to usss email ko forward kar diya jata hai.

Examples:-

• Kya tum ye email mujhe forward kar sakte ho?
• Could you forward this email to me?
• क्या तुम ये ईमेल मुझे फॉरवर्ड कर सकते हैं?
• Mai abhi ke abhi aapko email forward kar deta hu.
• I will forward the email to you right away.
• मैं अभी के अभी आपको ईमेल फॉरवर्ड कर देता हूं।
• Kya tumne email forward kar di hai?
• Have you forwarded the email?
• क्या तुमने ईमेल फॉरवर्ड कर दी है?
• Tumne abhi tak email forward nahi ki.
• You haven’t the forwarded email yet.
• तुमने अभी तक ईमेल फॉरवर्ड नहीं की।
• Usne bas waise ki waise email forward kar di hai.
• He has just forwarded the email as-is.
• उसने बस वैसा ही ईमेल फॉरवर्ड कर दी है।
• Mai aapko uski email forward kar raha hu.
• I am forwarding his email to you.
• मैं आपको हमें ईमेल फॉरवर्ड कर रहा हूं।
• Jab tum iss email ko forward karoge to mere manager ko CC kar dena.
• When you forward this email to me please CC my manager as well.
• जब तुम इस ईमेल को फॉरवर्ड करोगे तो मेरे मैनेजर को सीसी कर देना।

Spam or junk – Jo faltu ki email humein aati rehti hai. Agar Hume kabhi humari email na mile to spam mein Hume dhund Lena chahiye.

Examples:- 

• Ho sakta hai ke meri email tumhare spam folder mein chali gayi ho.
• It could be possible that my email went to your spam folder.
• हो सकता है के मेरी ईमेल तुम्हारे स्पैम फोल्डर में चली गई हो।
• Apna junk folder check Karo.
• Check your junk folder.
• अपना जंक फोल्डर चेक करो।
• Tumne apna spam folder check Kiya?
• Did you check your spam folder?
• तुमने अपना स्पैम फोल्डर चेक किया किया?
• Tumhari email mere junk folder mein thii.
• Your email was in my junk folder.
• तुम्हारी ईमेल मात्र जंक फोल्डर में थी।
• Tumhari email humare junk folder mein nahi hai.
• Your email is not my junk folder.
• तुम्हारी ईमेल हमारे जंक फोल्डर में नहीं है।
• Aaj kal mujhe bahut spam aa rahe hai.
• I’m getting a lot of spam emails these days.
• आज कल मुझे बहुत स्पैम आ रहा है।

Attach- kisi file ko email se kisi ko bhejte hai to hum use attach kar ke bhejte hai

Examples:- 

• Maine iss email ke sath document bhi attach kar diya hai.
• I have also attached the document to this email.
• मैंने इस ईमेल के साथ दस्तावेज़ भी अटैच कर दिया है।
• Kya meri email ke sath tumhe koi attachment mili?
• Did you find any attachments with my email?
• क्या मेरी ईमेल के साथ तुम्हें कोई अटैचमेंट मिली?
• Haa tumhari mail ke sath ek attachment thii.
• Yes, there was an attachment with your email.
• हाँ तुम्हारी मेल के साथ एक लगाव थी।
• Kya tumne attachment check ki?
• Did you check the attachment?
• क्या तुमने अटैचमेंट चेक की?
• Nahi, maine abhi attachment check nahi ki.
• No, I haven’t checked the attachment yet.
• नहीं, मैंने अभी अटैचमेंट चेक नहीं की।
• Bahut bhari attachment hai kya?
• Is it a very heavy attachment?
• बहुत भारी अटैचमेंट है क्या?
• Mai aapki attachment khol nahi paa Raha hu.
• I am not able to open your attachment.
• मैं आपकी अटैचमेंट खोल नहीं पा रहा हूं।
• Mai apni email ke sath document attach karna bhul gaya.
• I forgot to attach the document to my email.
• मैं अपनी ईमेल के साथ दस्तावेज़ संलग्न करना भूल गया।
• Mujhe aapki email ke sath attachment nahi mili.
• I didn’t receive the attachment with the email.
• मुझे आपकी ईमेल के साथ अटैचमेंट नहीं मिली।
