PODCAST OF COMPREHENSION

Comprehension sentences and their meaning:-

As my train was not due to leave for another hour I had plenty of time to spare After buying some magazines to read on the journey I made my way to the luggage office to collect the heavy suitcase I had left there three days before. There were only a few people waiting, and I took out my wallet to find the receipt for my case The receipt did not seem to be where I had left it. I emptied the contents of the wallet, and the railway tickets, money scraps of paper, and photographs tumbled out of it but no matter how hard I searched the receipt was nowhere to be found.

Meri train aur ek ghante tak nahi chalne wali thi. Mere paas ab bahaut khaali samay tha. Safar mein padhne ke liye kuchh magazines kharidne ke baad, mai luggage office ki taraf apna bhaari suitcase lene gaya jo maine vahan teen din pehle jama karaya tha. vahaan kuchh hee log intazaar kar rahe the, aur maine apne case  ki  raseed dhoondhane ke lie apana batua nikaala. maine batue ki saamagree ko khaalee kar diya, aur railway ticket, kaagaj ke paise ke tukade, aur tasveeren usmen se gir gayi , lekin mainne kitni bhee koshish ki, raseed kaheen nahin milee.

मेरी ट्रेन और एक घंटे नहीं चलेगी, छुटटी के कारन नहीं थी|  मेरे पास खाली समय था यात्रा पर पढ़ने के लिए कुछ पत्रिकाएं खड़ीने के बाद मैं सामान्य कार्यलय के झूठ अपना रास्ता तीन बनाया पहला लिया था। वहा कुछ ही लोग इंतजार कर रहे थे, और मैंने अपने केस की रासीद ढूंढ़ने के झूठ अपना बटुआ निकला। मैंने बटुए की सामग्री को ख़ाली कर दिया, और रेलवे टिकट, कागज के पैसे के टुकड़े, और तस्वीरे उसमे से गिर गई, लेकिन मैंने कितनी भी कोशिश  की, रसीद कहीं नहीं मिली।

I explained the situation sorrowfully to the assistant The man looked at me suspiciously as if to say he had heard this type of story many times and asked me to describe the case I told him that it was an old brown looking object no different from the many suitcases I could see on the shelves The assistant then gave me a form and told me to make a list of the contents of the case.

maine sahaayak ko dukh ke saath sthiti ke baare mein bataaya us aadamee ne mujhe sandeh se dekha jaise ki kahane ke lie usane is tarah kee kahaanee kaee baar sunee hai aur mujhase maamle ka varnan karne ke lie kaha maine usse kaha ki yah ek puraanee bhooree dikhane vaalee vastu hai jo kaee se alag nahin hai sootakes main almaariyon par dekh sakata tha sahaayak ne mujhe ek ph diya aur mujhe maamale kee saamagree kee ek soochee banaane ke lie kaha.

मैंने सहायक को दुख के साथ स्थिति के बारे में बताया उस आदमी ने मुझे संदेह से देखा जैसे कि कहने के लिए उसने इस तरह की कहानी कई बार सुनी है और मुझसे मामले का वर्णन करने के लिए कहा मैंने उससे कहा कि यह एक पुरानी भूरी दिखने वाली वस्तु है जो कई से अलग नहीं है सूटकेस में अलमारियों पर देख सकता था सहायक ने मुझे एक फॉर्म दिया और मुझे मामले की सामग्री की एक सूची बनाने के लिए कहा।
