My friend is a sturdy person because he lives in a village.

Use “a sturdy person” instead of capitalizing “Sturdy”; adjectives are not capitalized here.
“Lives” (not “live”) because the subject is “he”.
Add “a” before “village” (articles are needed with singular countable nouns).

“Wanna” is informal; in proper English write “want to”.
The rest is fine; it clearly means you want to be strong and independent.

That lady is emotionally strong.
(or)
That lady is strong‑willed.

“Sturdy” is usually used for physical strength, not emotions.
For emotional strength, use “emotionally strong” or “strong‑willed”.
