Cardinals or Numerals: कार्डिनल या अंक
Cardinal Determiners or Numerals is used in a sentence to count things. They are generally put before the noun.
चीजों को गिनने के लिए वाक्य में कार्डिनल निर्धारक या अंकों का उपयोग किया जाता है। उन्हें आम तौर पर संज्ञा से पहले रखा जाता है।

Characteristics of Cardinals:
कार्डिनल्स की विशेषताएं:
- Numbers such as one, five, hundred, thousand, etc. are called cardinal numbers which are used before a noun in a sentence. We can also use articles and possessives before cardinals.
एक, पांच, सौ, हजार आदि जैसी संख्याएँ कार्डिनल संख्याएँ कहलाती हैं जिनका प्रयोग वाक्य में संज्ञा के पहले किया जाता है। हम कार्डिनल्स से पहले लेख और स्वामित्व का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
My two best friends are Jane and Julie.
मेरे दो सबसे अच्छे दोस्त जेन और जूली हैं।
She has a dog and two cats.
उसके पास एक कुत्ता और दो बिल्लियाँ हैं।
Three of his colleagues met with an accident yesterday.

- We can use the word “Of” in front of a cardinal determiner.
