Paragraph Reading
Read the following passage carefully. Pay attention to the details.
Using an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or paying via a debit card requires strict adherence to security prompts displayed on the screen. When you insert your card into an ATM slot, the screen will ask you to select your preferred language and choose a transaction type, such as 'Cash Withdrawal' or 'Balance Inquiry'. Next, you will be prompted to select your account category usually choosing between a Savings Account or a Current Account.
Before your cash is dispensed, the machine will ask you to enter your confidential four-digit 'ATM PIN'. It is vital to cover the keypad with your hand while typing to prevent unauthorized people or hidden cameras from capturing your secret digits. If you enter an incorrect PIN three times continuously, your card will be temporarily 'Blocked' by the bank for 24 hours as a security precaution. Always wait for the screen to show 'Transaction Complete' and collect your card and cash slip before walking away from the kiosk.
